These terms govern your use of Widget for GWS (the “App”), provided by Appelier (“we”).

1. About the App
The App shows the contents of your Google Tasks and Google Calendar on the Home Screen of iPhone and iPad. The App is not provided, sponsored, or endorsed by Google LLC. Google, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC.
2. Connecting a Google Account
Using the App requires connecting a Google Account and allowing access to Tasks and Calendar. Organization accounts may be unable to connect depending on administrator settings.
3. Paid plans
- For free, you can create one widget setting. The paid plan (Pro) removes this limit.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can cancel in your App Store account settings.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends.
- The lifetime plan is a one-time payment.
- Payments and refunds follow Apple's terms.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the App unlawfully, interfere with the App or related services, or access it by unauthorized means.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided as is. Changes or outages in Google or Apple services, or network conditions, may cause delays or mismatches in what is shown. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
6. Changes
We may change these terms when needed. Important changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
