Privacy Policy
Widget for GWS (the “App”) is provided by Appelier (“we”). This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

1. Information obtained from your Google Account
Within the access you allow, the App obtains the following from Google.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Task lists and tasks (title, due date, completion state) | To show them in widgets and the App, complete tasks, and add tasks |
| Calendar list (name, color) and events (title, date and time) | To show them in widgets and the App, and add events |
| Email address | To show which account is connected inside the App |
2. Where Google information is stored and shared
- Information obtained from Google is stored only on your device. It is not stored on or sent to any server, including ours.
- Credentials used to sign in to Google are stored only in the device's protected storage (Keychain).
- We do not use information obtained from Google for advertising, sharing with third parties, or training AI.
- The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Usage measurement
To improve the App, predefined interaction events (for example: connected, created a widget setting, opened the plans screen, completed a task in a widget) are sent from Firebase Analytics inside the App to Google Analytics 4.
| What is sent | Details |
|---|---|
| Device ID | A pseudonymous identifier that Firebase Analytics creates per installation (app instance ID). Because events from the same installation can be linked, it is not fully anonymous. |
| Product interaction | The event name and values from fixed choices (widget type, size, success or failure, and so on). |
| Coarse location | Firebase Analytics sends the source IP address to Google Analytics to estimate a region (country, state or prefecture, city). Google Analytics does not log or store the IP address itself. |
| Device and app information | Firebase Analytics also automatically records events such as first open, session start and screen views, together with the device model, OS version and app version. |
Never sent: task titles, event contents, list or calendar names, email address, name, precise location.
The advertising identifier (IDFA) and the identifier for vendors (IDFV) are not collected. There is no setting to turn off only this measurement. Measurement data is not used for tracking (linking with data from other companies' apps or sites). Retention follows the Google Analytics settings.
4. Purchase information
Paid plans are purchased through Apple's App Store. We do not receive payment details such as card numbers.
5. Deleting information
- In the App, Settings → Switch account erases credentials, Google information saved on the device, and the widget settings you created.
- Settings → Delete account additionally erases all App settings and revokes the connection to Google.
- You can also revoke access from your Google Account settings.
